The Weekend ESCAPE Package (3-nights) includes accommodation, bus transfer to hotel on 14th May, Impact classes (2-Days), Impact entertainment and official ESCAPE t-shirt. You will have to arrange your own transport back to the airport

Cancellations are only acceptable in writing. We accept no responsibility for cancellation charges arising from
correspondence delayed or lost in the post.

It may be necessary to cancel your booking due to illness, accident or change of circumstances. As soon as you
know that you need to cancel please email to paige@impactdance.co.uk

The email must be signed and sent by the Party Leader.

Cancellation charges are calculated as follows from the date that your written instructions are received by Impact
Dance Limited:

Cancellation charges:
• All deposits are non-refundable or transferable once paid.
• Nov 2nd 2019 -Jan16th 2020 Second Payment 100% Refunded.

Thereafter:
• 120-61 days inclusive: 50% of the balance payable.
• 60 days or less: 100% of the total amount payable by you.
